The Hotel Manin is situated in a 19th century building - originally a private palazzo - that has been completely renovated and is now one of the Framon Group's newest hotels. Facing the Grand Canal not far from the Rialto Bridge, the hotel boasts a private garden, a rare treasure in Venice, where clients can enjoy a drink, snacks or just a quiet place to spend some time reading. While the hotel has no restaurant, there are many nearby. Guest facilities at the hotel include a bar serving snacks as well as drinks, a breakfast room, a reading room and a spacious lobby. Included in the accommodations are eleven junior suites, seven of which face the Grand Canal. One of these junior suites has a terrace on top of the hotel, which can be easily seen in the photo of the front of the building. The style of décor is that of an elegant private home. Each room has a computer jack, marble bathrooms and all modern amenities.
