Most vehicles used for transfers are Mercedes E-class, Daimler-Chrysler C300, Mercedes V-class and the Volkswagen Caravelle. However, JDB Ground retains the right to substitute a different vehicle type if necessary. Although we strive to find fluent English speaking drivers, at times we must rely on drivers whose knowledge of English is limited to basic communication. Drivers are not guides; their responsibility is to transport clients in comfort and safety. Rates for the most frequently requested transfers are listed below, and are subject to change. Clients who arrive late for a transfer - that is do not exit the airport customs area within an hour of the flight's arrival - will be responsible for charges for driver waiting time. Should the client miss the scheduled transfer for any reason, the client will be charged the full fee for the missed transfer and is not entitled to a refund. Please advise at the time of booking if the client has a physical disability, if there are children needing a car seat, or if clients have more than one suitcase and carry on bag each. Transfers from Paris hotels to the airport must depart 3 1/2 hours prior to takeoff, due to traffic and enhanced airport security.
