In the evening, a candlelight dinner on the terrace will be accompanied by a serenade featuring a Mexican "trovador". Day 2: Breakfast will be followed by a guided morning horseback ride, including a stop for lunch at a neighboring historic Hacienda. In the afternoon, there is free time to relax before your holistic spa treatment. A cowboy BBQ dinner with a bonfire and music will cap the day. Day 3: After breakfast, embark on a full day trip to Guanajuato, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your historian guide will bring this unique colonial city to life: picturesque narrow streets and alleys, elaborate churches, charming plazas, museums, under ground streets. Enjoy lunch (additional cost) at Casa del Conde de la Valenciana, one of the finest restaurants in Central Mexico serving contemporary Mexican cuisine. In the evening, a traditional Hacienda dinner will be served. Day 4: After a leisurely breakfast, the morning and early afternoon are free to enjoy the amenities of the hotel: mountain biking, horse back riding, pedal boating on the lake, hiking or just relaxing by the pool or in the garden. Take a picnic lunch to the location of your choice. In the late afternoon, enjoy a facial in the hotel's fabulous spa.
