At Restaurante Cavazzone, the menu, based on seasonal specialties, incorporates balsamic vinegar into its dishes - visit the adjacent vinegar cellar where world famous DOP Balsamic Vinegar is produced. Tuesday and Friday are market days, plus there are a number of superb food stores from which to sample the specialties of the region - try the local Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and be sure to pick up a bottle of the local balsamic vinegar, said to be every bit as good as that of its more famous neighbor, Modena.
