Explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside while learning the cuisine of the Tuscan region. The Villa Campestri in Vicchio is your home for three nights while you learn to prepare home made pasta, Renaissance courses (meat and herb pies, chicken with fennel; sauces; vegetables) and desserts. Cooking classes are scheduled for two hours each day. Relax by the hotel's swimming pool or visit one of the nearby medieval villages, such as Scarperia, the knife center of Italy. Florence is only 35 km away, and the hotel can organize wine tastings, excursions, hiking in the hills or golf.
Day 1: Arrival at hotel. Cooking class at 4:00 p.m. features Tuscan desserts. Dinner at the hotel includes the dessert you have prepared.
Day 2: Breakfast, followed at 10:00 a.m. by cooking class on preparing pasta, which you will then enjoy as a light lunch. Afternoon at leisure followed by dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast, learn to prepare a Renaissance menu, which will then be served for lunch. Afternoon at your leisure; dinner at the hotel.
