Over the past half dozen years, the hotel has maximized the use of its space by creating a truly professional full-service spa (for both health and beauty treatments) beneath the hotel with a large freeform indoor pool; offering a high quality Michelin-starred restaurant; extending its dining terrace closer to the lake; and improving its lakefront pool and pool bar. A variety of water sports are available on the lake. The fitness center here is also excellent! Drawing rooms are very grand and the interior dining room used during cooler weather is the frescoed former ballroom of the villa. Only 45 minutes up the lake from the town of Como, the Villa Serbelloni offers another alternative - for those who seek one - to its well-known and more expensive neighbor in Cernobbio.
