Located between Marbella and Sotogrande in Southern Spain's Costa del Sol region, and less than 2 km from the beach, Finca Cortesin is a new property with 67 luxury accommodations comprised of Junior Suites, Executive Suites and one Presidential Suite that is scheduled to open this fall. Accommodations are very spacious (no room is smaller than 50 square meters!) and many rooms connect to private gardens or terraces. There are 4 Executive Suites that face one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools that boast a 79 square meter room size and 59 square meter private outdoor terrace!

The decor of the property combines traditional Spanish architecture with contemporary design resulting in a fresh clean look. Room amenities include plasma TV, DVD player, and an interactive entertainment center. The property has a state-of-the-art spa that includes an indoor heated swimming pool, fully equipped fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, and a very unique "snow" cabin for those who wish to awake their systems between hot and cold temperatures! Guests can choose between two restaurants on the property; one that features fine dining and the other that serves fresh seasonal Iberian cuisine.

The hotel boasts an impressive 18 hole 70 acre golf course called Club de Golf Finca Cortesin designed and landscaped by Cabell B. Robinson. The course is rated at par 72, and its 6,800 meters provide ample space for tournaments of an international caliber - the course has recently been chosen as the official property for the "Volvo World Match Play Championship". Available onsite for golfers is the Jack Nicklaus Academy offering individualized teaching techniques with spacious facilities including a driving range, greens and practice bunkers, as well as a Coaching Studio for individual swing analysis using the latest tools in video and computer golfing technology.
