The prestigious Adare Manor, one of the most highly regarded 5-star properties in Ireland, has joined JDB. The mansion was originally a private residence, whose owner undertook a program of major enhancements to the structure in the 1830s. With a perfect countryside location in County Limerick, the estate comprises 840 acres, including parkland and formal gardens; the Maigue River runs along one side of the property. A rare example of a "calendar house", the manor has 365 leaded windows and 52 chimneys! The Manor's abundant and accomplished woodcarving and stonework was carried out by local craftsmen, including the monumental fireplace in the Great Hall. The Minstrels' Gallery at the very center of the building was built as an homage to the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles in France.

The Manor House bedrooms are the most exclusive accommodations on the property. Other accommodations range from the Dunraven Staterooms to standard rooms. Adare also has multi-bedroom townhouses and villas, perfect for families or couples traveling together.
