By Car:

From Dublin airport, take the M1 South towards Dublin, follow signs to East Link toll bridge. After crossing toll bridge, follow South city sign to first set of traffic lights. Turn left along seafront. Drive along seafront (1/2 km) to Martello round tower. Turn immediately right at the tower onto St. Johns Road. Turn right onto Park Avenue. Aberdeen Lodge will be on your left.
